Refunds
If for any reason a player wishes to quit the team, an 80 percent refund may be requested within the first week of the season. After Feb 21 there will be NO REFUNDS as expenses have already been incurred to the club. However, if a player suffers a season-ending injury, refunds may be obtained for the remainder of the season based on the table below. (A doctor's note is required in order to obtain a refund in these cases.)

Playing Time
Playing time will be ultimately determined at the discretion of the coach. In all cases (elite teams and non-elite teams) coaches will make every effort to award all players substantial playing time. Any issues concerning playing time can be discussed at the appropriate time. However, coaches will not discuss playing time with players or parents on the day of a tournament or play day. Additionally, coaches will only discuss playing time with the player present (i.e. will not discuss playing time with parents if the player is not also present). Playing time will also not be discussed during a team practice. If a player wishes to discuss playing time with a coach, please make prior arrangements to speak with the coach privately. Playing time may be affected by absences from practices (see "Missing Practice" below).

Missing Practice
Excused absences from practices include the following:

• Other school sponsored or club sports
• Illness or injury (accompanied by a doctor's note)
• Church or religious activities or events
• Family emergencies

An absence from practice for any other reason will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and may result in reduced playing time. If you will be missing practice for any reason, you are expected to notify the coach directly (i.e. not through another player) ASAP, as practice plans may change depending on attendance.
